Liability Information:
By submitting/registering for this tournament, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to abide by the policies and procedures below. You also agree that there are certain risks inherent in the game of golf and that you accept personal liability for all such risks.
Golf Tournament Cancellation Policy:
A no refund policy will be in effect for this benefit tournament, however substitutions are permissible until 12:00noon on July 18, 2009. Call Patt Franc, Tournament Director at 303-378-0719 or email her at pattfranc@att.net with any questions.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Hawk's Landing may delay or cancel the Tournament due to inclement weather. If the decision is made to cancel the Tournament before it commences, due to inclement weather, FEW and its players will have the right to receive a refund or reschedule. If Hawk's Landing cancels the Tournament after it commences, due to inclement weather, refunds may apply based on the number of holes completed.
Proper Attire Policy:
Gentleman: Collared/Mock short sleeve shirts, No tee shirts please. Bermuda length shorts or non-denim trousers, and non-metal spikes or any flat rubber soled shoes are appropriate.
Ladies: Collared/Mock/Yoke neck sleeve or sleeveless shirts, No tee shirts please. Bermuda length shorts/skirts or non-denim trousers, and non-metal spiked or any flat rubber soled shoes are also appropriate.
Team Pairings:
Registrants have the option of entering the names of other players they'd like to pair with. We will make every attempt to accommodate all pairing requests. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to play with the group you requested.
