On the evening before the TLO, we will have a dinner to help us celebrate 35 years! Sponsors and their spouses are invited as well as those in the community who are unable to participate in the tournament itself but would like to be a part of supporting FCA through this fun event.

FCA will be presenting Dan Reeves with the Tom Landry Excellence of Character Award. The award is given to recognize leaders of national renown who exemplify outstanding Christian character. Past honorees include Pat Williams, S. Truett Cathy, Roger Staubach, Dr. Kenneth Cooper, Dr. James and Shirley Dobson, Dr. Howard Hendricks, Coach Grant Teaff, Rev. Billy Graham and Coach Jim Myers.

Dan Reeves spent  23 years coaching for the Denver Broncos, New York Giants and Atlanta Falcons. He played or coached in a record nine Super Bowls – five with the Dallas Cowboys, three with Denver and one with Atlanta. Prior to coaching, he also spent 16 years in the Cowboys organization – five as a player, three as a player/coach and eight as an assistant coach.

After coaching, Reeves got involved with broadcasting and served as a NFL analyst for Westwood One. He currently resides in the Atlanta, GA area with his high school sweetheart  of 46 years, his wife Pam. He and Pam have three children – Dana, Lee and Laura – and six grandchildren.

 

With a microphone in one hand, and a Super Bowl ring on the other, Benjamin Utecht is living the life he has been looking forward to since his youth. After playing for the Indianapolis Colts and the Cincinnati Bengals, he is now pursuing his childhood dream of becoming a successful musician. He is currently gearing up for his tour with Jim Brickman and working on a new album.
