Kaitlyn and Jordan Classic 2012

Please join us for the newly renamed "Kaitlyn and Jordan Classic" to be held on May 14, 2012. This outing will benefit the Duke Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery and the National Marfan Foundation.

Our daughter, Kaitlyn, was born three months premature, weighing only 2 pounds and 12 ounces. After two months of exceptional care and lots of prayers, Kaitlyn was allowed to come home just in time for Christmas. Thanks to the doctors and nurses at Duke, Kaitlyn is now a happy and healthy nine-year-old.

Three years later, we were blessed with a second daughter, Jordan. At age 2 1/2, Jordan was diagnosed with a genetic condition called Marfan Syndrome. Marfan Syndrome affects a person's connective tissue, most concerning being the heart and aorta. The National Marfan Foundation funds ongoing research to help find a cure and better treatment for a condition Jordan and others will have their entire lives.

Please join us for a great day of golf at the beautiful Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club in Chapel Hill, NC. The event is a Captain's Choice format. Your registration fee includes tee time, box lunch, golf cart, refreshments and hors d'oeuvres at the Closing Ceremony following the golf.
