Spc Charles Lemon Golf Tournament Fundraiser



On June 8, 2011 SPC Charles Lemon was seriously injured when his tank drove over an IED in Najaf, Iraq. Charles was in Iraq as a tank gunner in the 3rd Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment based in Fort Hood, Texas. He lost both legs and suffered burns and other injuries to his abdomen, arms, and face. After being airlifted to Germany and undergoing several surgeries Charles was flown back to the United States. He arrived at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. on Monday, June 13, 2011 where he was finally reunited with his family. He is currently undergoing treatment at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Tx.

Please join us for the Spc Charles Lemon Charity Golf Tournament to benefit Spc Lemon on October 9, 2011. We will have a great day of golf at the beautiful Bay Palms Golf Complex on MacDill Afb, FL.The event will include a shotgun start, 4-person scramble and awards reception following the tournament.
