We will have a great day of golf on three(3) courses at the beautiful SUGAR CREEK COUNTRY CLUB in Sugar Land, TX. The event will include a 4-person scramble, several golfing contests, on-course refreshments and an awards dinner.

There will be a Women's Clinic from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Fee is $75.00

11th Annual Pink on the Green® Tournament Waiver/Release: By registering for the Pink on the Green^® Golf Tournament I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive any and all claims I may have for damages against the Mu Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Julia F. Thompson, Inc., their sponsors, agents, and all individuals associated with the Pink on the Green^® Golf Tournament event (Golf Tournament), their representatives and successors, and assigns for any and all injuries and damages suffered by me in connection with the Golf Tournament, including pre- and post-Golf Tournament activities. I assume all risks associated with my participation in the Golf Tournament. I have been warned that I must be in good health to participate in this event, and I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have trained sufficiently for this event. I hereby grant permission to Mu Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and/or Julia F. Thompson, Inc. and its authorized agents to use my name and photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recording and any other record of my participation in this event for any purpose. I authorize the release of information to the event sponsors. I acknowledge, understand, and agree that I will not receive a refund for the Golf Tournament, including any pre- and post Golf Tournament activities. In the event I need to be transported to a medical facility I authorize the Mu Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and/or Julia F. Thompson, Inc. to release the name of the medical facility to my family or responsible party. I hereby also agree to release and hold harmless Mu Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Julia F. Thompson, Inc. for the disclosure of the requested information. I have read, understand, and agree to all of the above information. I am voluntarily registering for this golf tournament.
