Dear Parents, Sponsors, Vendors, and Friends:

On behalf of my fellow Dix Hills Basketball Association (DHBA) board members and myself,

I would like to take this opportunity to extend this invitation to our Fifth Annual DHBA Golf

Classic. The Golf Classic has become one of the highlights of the year and provides a wonderful

opportunity for your continued support. Without your involvement, our last couple of years would

not have been as successful; and even more importantly, our children would not have enjoyed the

 wonderful experiences they have.

 

 

We truly hope that you will be able to spend the day with us at the Hamlet Willow Creek Golf &

Country Club. It is a great day to socialize with business associates or friends or just enjoy a day

away from it all with people who care a great deal about the future of this organization which supports

the children of our community.

 

 

The Dix Hills Basketball Association is a not-for-profit organization that strives to meet the needs

of our children in the community. We continue to ask for your support in making this one of the most

successful programs on Long Island. The contributions and donations from this day are utilized to

support all of the different programs available to the children.  In 2008, DHBA introduced its Challenger

Program for children with special needs. Last year we were able to establish a scholarship program for eligible students in our community.

 

Please know that your generous support of our organization makes a difference in the lives of our 600+

children currently enrolled. Your contribution helps offset some of the costs involved in running a program

of this size.  If you cannot join us for the day, we truly hope that you will seriously consider becoming a sponsor

of this special event.
