Kathy Frohnappel Memorial Golf Tournament

Our time with Kathy was far too short. Everyone would agree. However, in the short time we knew her, she touched our lives in a powerful and long-lasting way as she went about her daily routine as a wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, granddaughter, and friend. Kathy bubbled with exuberance in all she attempted. Oftentimes, she spearheaded worthy efforts with an uncanny knack for enthusiastically bringing others onboard; all the while, they felt fortunate to be a part of her "team".

It is fitting that we would choose to continue to celebrate Kathy's life, rather than mourn her death. And it is appropriate that we would choose Mother's Day Weekend for such a celebration. We will do what Kathy loved to do: Gather together with people she loved, talk, laugh, eat, play and enjoy every precious moment together. We will gather, remember her, feel the strength of her legacy, lend support to Mike and Matthew and thank God for bringing Kathy into our lives, if only for a season. We are better people, because we knew and loved her.

We will be celebrating this very special day at The Country Club At Deer Run in Casselberry, FL (www.thegolfgroupfl.com). The event will include a 4-person scramble, light breakfast, BBQ lunch and awards reception following the golf.
