EDUPRIZE School 3rd Annual "Golf Fore Their Future" Golf Tournament is requesting donations for prizes, gift bag and silent auction items. Advertise your company while helping in our fundraiser.

-Gift Bag Donations that are 144 each of small company items such as shirts, golf balls, tees, pens, notepads, etc. with your company logo on them.

-Prize and Silent Auction items donations such as store merchandise, gift certificates/cards, rounds of golf, shirts, hats, etc.

Cash Donations will be also accepted to purchase prizes and silent auction items.

Please keep in mind that your contribution is fully tax deductable. EDUPRIZE School PTN is a 501(C)(3) non-profit orgnaization and we will provide you with a receipt as well as a tax ID number per your request.
