CVIM 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Please join us for the CVIM 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit the Charlotte Volunteers in Medicine Clinic (www.cvimnc.org/index.html) on June 4, 2009. Charlotte Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is committed to promoting the objectives of Healthy People 2010.

We will have a great day of golf at the beautiful Highland Creek Golf Club in Charlotte, NC (www.highlandcreekgolfclub.com/layout9.asp?id=15&page=351). The event is a Captain's Choice. Included in the entry fee are carts, green fees, range balls, practice areas, breakfast, lunch, and awards reception. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will be awarded trophies. Additionally, the winner of the longest drive, putt, and closest to the pin will receive trophies/plaques.

Registration beings at 7:45 am so please arrive early for registration and free warm up at the practice facilities. Click on the REGISTER tab for EARLY registration.

We have a need for sponsors of every kind! Click on the "Sponsors" section of this website to see sponsorship opportunities. Major sponsorships begin at $500. Patron donors (less than $500) name only will be listed in the tournament brochure.

We also need donations of gifts for prizes, golfer giveaways, and raffles. Supply discount coupons, buy one get one free coupons or gift certificates for merchandise or services redeemable at your place of business. You can supply your business card for $50 and include them in every golfers goody bag.

Does your company already have logo merchandise like golf balls, tee, ball markers, can coolers, pens, bags, hats, or t-shirts? Donate them for every golfer! We have sponsorship opportunities for everyone. Every sponsor will receive recognition and have their name displayed at the event. Highland Creek Golf Club has graciously provided a hole-in-one prize of a FREE one year golf membership.
