Urban Health Plan's First Annual Golf Outing

Urban Health Plan is excited to invite you to join us at our 1st Annual Golf Outing on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Leewood Golf Club in Eastchester, New York.

Now celebrating its 87th year, this historic golf club can boast about its well manicured,tree lined fairways and has bragging rights to the fact that this is the course where Babe Ruth teed off.

Don’t play golf? How about a set or two of tennis instead? Everyone is eligible to win one or more of the raffle prizes drawn during dinner. Tickets for the lovely cocktail reception and lavish buffet dinner are only $200.00. This is also the perfect opportunity to invite your clients or treat employees to an afternoon of fun and sun.
