About Leewood Golf Club

Leewood Golf Club is a Westchester County golf course located in the town of Eastchester. Babe Ruth was a member, and it is said that the underpass leading to the Bronx River Parkway near Leewood was built expressly for the Babe.

The well-manicured course has tree-lined fairways with undulating greens of average speed, and water hazards (two large lakes and several streams)on a number of holes. This year this golf course is celebrating its 87th anniversary.
